Fletcher specifically hones in on how the masculine/feminine power dynamic plays out in our every day lives: who gets power, who doesn’t, and why.

Fletcher also routinely interviews women at the top of male-dominated sports, such as boxing, MMA, Thoroughbred racing jockeys, and other professions.  In other arenas, she is known for her investigative news-stories on the challenges still facing the First Americans, such as those faced by the Navajo Dineh of Black Mesa, AZ, and the Lakota Sioux near the Pine Ridge Reservation, which has been widely published in print and downloaded from the web en mass.

Presently on The Body Politic, is a new series on mental health disorders and addiction, where Fletcher is interviewing the nations' leading experts on highly debilitating illnesses such as Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Alchoholism, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia, Eating Disorders, and co-occurring dual addictions.
